- Pulled the primary braking system

- Pulled springs from suspension

- Hurt my hand doing other manly things... Nothing more for the month...
- March
- Removed brakes, backing plates, and radius arms from rear end
- Began disassembling rear brakes
- Removed drag link and Pittman arm
- Removed steering arms (with tie rod attached)
- Removed tie rod from steering arms (or was it the other way around?)
- Pulled front brakes, backing plates, spindles and king pins from the front axle
- April
- Removed wishbone from front axle
- Tore down differential
- Bought an arbor press
- Bought a drill press
- Pulled the pins from front brake actuator rods
- Pulled pins from rear Brake Actuators (they'll need replaced, I think)
- Tore down the steering column (Got a surprise!)
- Went on vacation. Done for the month.

- ... It's starting to const me money, now...
- Finished disassembly of the steering column
- Bought a 5 gal fuel container and 5 gal of kerosens
- Cleaned the steering parts and an initial wash out of the rear end components
- Bought a bunch of seals, shims, etc for the rear end and the steering column
- Bought a bunch of POR and Chassis Black from Eastwood
- Brought the rear end housings, steering column (external) components, ans all the steering arms to a local machine shop for cleaning.

- Got the cleaned housings back
- Scraped rust off the housings
- Painted several parts - Figured out I had the wron Chaasi Black (gloss vs satin)
- July
- Took Baking plates to machine shop for bushing removal
- Bought some paint chips
- Installed Zerk fittings in the front brake shafts
- Took Axle housings to Schwalms for repair
- August
- Painted some smaller parts
- Reassembled the upper steering column
- Reassembled gear box and steering column
- Picked up and painted new axle housings
- Hit the front backing plates with Fast-Etch
- September
- Knocked the bushings from the rear springs
- Disassembled the rear springs (leaves)
- Cleaned the rear leaves
- "made" a differential measurement tool
- Pulled the tires & tubes from the wheels
- October
- Measured the axle housings
- Inserted seals in the axle housings
- Cleaned the rear leaves
- Disassembled the front leaf spring
- Pulled the actuators clevises from the brake crossbar
- Pulled the bearings from the emergency brake cross-bar
- Installed Passenger-side axle housing and bearing races
- Installed driver's side Differential carrier race
- Installed carrier bearings
- Re-installed pinion gear nut
- Installed Drive shaft, torque tube, and carrier bearings

- Sealed some rear-end gaskets
- Brought frame, wheels, and a bunch of other parts out for blast & some paint
- Survived Hurricane Sandy - turned a fallen tree into firewood...
- Finished assembly of differential (and painted it)
- December
- Got parts back from blaster's
- Painted a couple parts
- Got cold, sick, and tired, some... D'oh.
- 2013
- Jan-Feb
- Didn't do a darned thing, sinc it was too cold to paint, and I need to do some painting before I can do anything else... d'oh.

- It finally started to warm up!

- Primed the spring leaves
- Lubed the leaves
- Assembled the leaves
- Painted Backing Plates
- Did a "Fill Weld" on the rusted radius arm
- June
- Trimmed the hedges... Permanently...
- Assembled the Front Axle
- Assembled all the brakes & brake components

- Assembled Front Suspension
- Assembled Rear Suspension

- Painted the frame
- Put frame on front suspension
- Installed rear spring in frame
- Did not install rear axle (d'oh)
- Realized I have some re-work to do (D'oh!)
- November
- Cleaned out steering box
- Installed rear axle (rolling chassis! Yay!)
- Broke a U-bolt (d'oh!)
- Did some arc welding (stick) with the kids...
- December
- Fixed broken motor mount
- Broke a U-bolt (d'oh!)
- 2014
- January
- Installed Emergency Brake Cross-Shaft
- Started rebuild of Service Brake Cross-Shaft
- February
- Finished Assembling Service Brake Cross-Shaft (might send it off for rebuild)
- Tore down steering column for adjustment - didn't get there (d'oh!)
- Installed & tightened all the frame-spring U-Bolts
- Pulled Transmission from Engine

- Continued engine tear-down

- "Tuned" the steering box
- Installed Steering Column

- Completed Engine Tear-down (as far as I can go with the tools I've got)
